Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – 2nd shift

Come join the Bohlke Manufacturing Team! We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to help out on first shift. We are looking for someone with some mechanical and electrical experience and are willing to train!

We pay weekly!! We offer a comprehensive Benefits package after 30 days!

Eligible for a monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus of $200!!!

Job Requirements (what traits are needed to do the job):

• Good attendance; punctual
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Mechanical inclined problem solving (able to diagnose the problem, obtain and install the parts, fix things)
• Prior experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Electrical knowledge/experience up to 480V a plus
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Willingness to work overtime
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Bilingual helpful
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Available to work overtime and Saturdays if needed.

Description of Duties (what do you do everyday):

· Operate the machinery and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems. Assist production

· Review production output to isolate problems

· Maintain and repair all production machinery. Replace worn parts

· Conduct Preventative Maintenance on all machines

· Organize and read operating manuals on each machine

· Record machinery maintenance information

· Maintain a “To Do” list of projects

· Monitor energy usage

· Request outside contractors and supervise/assist

· Maintain inventory of tools

· Daily communication of machinery status with department head

· Order parts and stock crucial spare parts

· Get operators involved in maintenance and diagnosis'
