Industrial Wastewater Operator Trainee

This position was created to teach the basics of industrial wastewater treatment through coursework and on-the-job training.  Applicants should be mechanically-minded, hard-working, and looking for a career.  The position will provide the applicant with opportunities to work at several locations within the Cincinnati-Dayton area and to learn from experienced operators.  The training takes 6-12 months depending on the dedication of the person and the speed at which the applicant learns.  Once the person completes the training program, he or she will be given the opportunity to work at one of our current facilities or become the operator at a new client's site.  We encourage every operator to obtain a state or federal wastewater license as it takes dedication and self-study to pass.  Veolia will pay for all training materials and exam fees, as well as, increase the applicants pay for successfully obtaining a license.  We believe in teamwork and every employee from the National Operations Director to the individual operators will help the applicant succeed.
