Process Engineer

We have an immediate opening for a full time Process Engineer at our facility in Springboro, Ohio (Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm),  If you have a passion for excellence and would like to join a stable and growing company then we'd like to talk to you.

The Process Engineer  is responsible for aiding production with process improvements and equipment optimization, participates in new product development projects and supports team on new products requiring new (to Hardy Dx) machinery and/or processes.  Participates in SWAT meetings and works with production group to troubleshoot nonconforming product (NCP) runs.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.  Prefer 2-3 years of experience; however, we are open to training.  Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 pounds.
