Service Advisor / Writer Needed

This position is responsible for selling repairs, related goods and services, handling warranty concerns, and waiting on customers in person as well as on the telephone. He/she must display good communication skills and be a team-oriented individual with a positive commitment to customer satisfaction while working in a busy department.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience as a Ford Service Advisor is a plus

Ability to multi-task in a busy area.
Must be computer literate; ADP/CDK system a plus but not required

Good oral and written communication
College a plus

Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record

Reliable transportation

Satisfactory employment references
