Description
What You’ll Do:
As a Thermal Spray Operator, you’ll be hands-on in our core process—applying advanced coatings that protect and enhance critical components. You’ll:
- Operate and become certified in Combustion, Plasma, HVOF (High Velocity Oxy-Fuel), and/or Electric Arc thermal spray systems
- Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and process plans to ensure precision and quality
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Perform additional production tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR (able to provide a U.S. passport, birth certificate, green card, or naturalization certificate)
- Able to pass a background check and DOT drug screening
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to doing things right the first time
- Ability to work 1st shift (Mon- Fri, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- 1+ year of experience in thermal spray or a related aerospace/manufacturing environment
